Shipping

Shipping costs to the UK is £3.50, this will include a presentation box.

This is for UK orders only. Unfortunately due to new legislation, I am unable to ship abroad at present.

I look to post ready made items out within 3/4 business days of orders being placed.

Custom orders/rings made to order are posted within 3 weeks of order (usually sooner), unless discussed otherwise. If you need an order soon, please contact me to discuss. I can be contacted using the Contact Us section or alternatively on Facebook or Instagram.

Christmas orders

As we get close to Christmas, my window for orders is getting smaller. If you need something specifically for Christmas that is not ready made, please contact me to discuss

Returns

We understand sometimes items need to be seen in person and are happy to refund the cost of any item purchased on our website.

• Please note, commissions and bespoke order are non refundable

• If you decide an item is not right for you and wish to return it please contact us within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

• The cost of returning an item is the buyers responsibility. We strongly advise that you post items back using a secure signed for service. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost on their way back to us.

• Items should be returned unworn and in their original packaging.
